Recently re-branded as Pave It UK, R S Paving Ltd have been successfully installing driveways, patios and other paving solutions in the east of Scotland since 1988. Pave It UK is the region's premier specialist paving company, with an enviable record for providing customers with a superior product and a quality workmanship and experience.
A well-designed driveway or patio by Pave It UK will transform the appearance, and increase the value of any home, old or new and a paved driveway, patio or decorative feature is easily maintained and will last a lifetime.
The Pave It UK proposition to the customers is that it provides a "Complete Solution" from design through to completion for driveways, patios, paths etc., backed by a10 Year guarantee ?as well as other performance guarantees.
Our franchise concept is simple: After 18 years of working
in the business, Rodger Smith has developed his company to a stage where he now works
on the business. This is where our Franchisees come in. You will simply mirror how Rodger runs his successful business and very quickly be running your own successful and highly profitable franchise.
The service our franchisees will be providing is in high demand. We have carefully researched the UK marketplace and have found that there are over 9 million owner occupied detached or semi-detached homes in the UK. Added to this is the ever increasing home improvement industry where people are continuing to spend more and more to improve their homes and gardens.
Whilst there is competition out there (just look at your local yellow pages) there are very few companies who specialise in block paving.
